The only way to contact us
The simplest way to reach the people who run Aviator Route Compared is by e-mail at [email protected]. We do not have a phone line, a postal address or a chat service, and there is no contact form on the site.
Writing in English is easiest for us. Please put a short subject line on your e-mail so we can see at a glance what it is about.
What we are happy to hear about
We welcome messages about the content of this site:
- a mistake or outdated detail on the main page
- a part of the guide that was unclear
- a problem loading the fun-mode demo on your device
- questions about our privacy policy or a request to delete your e-mails
Short, specific messages are the easiest for us to act on.
What not to send
Leave the following out of your message:
- Aadhaar, PAN, passport or any other ID document
- passwords or one-time codes for any account
- bank, card, UPI or wallet details
No genuine request from Aviator Route Compared will ever ask for these. If an e-mail or message claiming to be from us asks for them, do not reply, and delete it.
Accounts, withdrawals and disputes
We can explain the game and correct our own page. We cannot recover funds, settle disputes or contact a casino for you, because we have no relationship with any of them. We also do not sell or share any kind of prediction tool, since Aviator's multiplier is fixed by a random generator before each round.
Response times
We read every message. We cannot promise a reply within a set time, and some messages, such as general comments, may not need an answer. Corrections that check out are made on the page, usually without a separate reply.
If your message is about gaming harm, please also see our responsible gaming page for helplines.
